United Foundation exists to provide outreach support programs for disadvantaged and vulnerable members of our community facing social isolation and distress. We're here to work alongside people who are living with disability, experiencing homelessness, and/ or have resulting trauma or psychosocial impact, to help overcome systematic inequities and protect their human rights.

Our core objective is to help people connect with the best available supports across various human services agencies and ensure a consistent quality of care is being delivered, where success is realised, and outcomes are achieved.

When we're supporting you, we're thinking about your mental, physical, and social health. We don't just think about symptoms or impairment- we strive to better understand you as a whole person and what you need to live a meaningful life.
